Board of Directors
Acing Connections is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors with a focus on life skills coaching and self development along with tennis instruction. As a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation, Talib Tennis doing business as Acing Connections is able to accept tax-deductible contributions.
Dawuad Talib

Coach Talib is the head coach of the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools tennis teams and on the Illinois High School Association Tennis Advisory Committee.
Arjun Sawhney

Arjun is a senior at the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools and Co-Captain of its Varsity Tennis team.
RaKina Payne
Director
Rakina Payne is Director of Operations for OWL Subsidiary Inc., where she oversees scheduling, recruitment, daily operations, organizational planning, and the professional relationships between partnerships such as ComEd, Asplundh and others.

Angela is Vice President at RJB Properties, a Nationwide facilities management company.
NiGeria Payne
Director
Nigeria Payne is Vice President of O’Wallace Landscaping Inc. and OWL Subsidiary Inc., a family owned business specializing in commercial landscaping, tree care, utility vegetation management, and government contracting.
